This is a comparison of the ATHLETICS Net Annual Operating Surplus/Deficit for the 8 Public ACC Schools. This is for 2016-2017 (Year Ended June 30 2017).

Source is the USA Today Data Base. Taken into consideration are all revenue sources including student and taxpayer subsidies, as well as all expense sources. Subsidies and Expenses are both subtracted from Revenue to yield the Surplus/Deficit.

Note: All Schools were in Deficit. Thus the brackets are placed around the amounts. Louisville had the lowest (thus best) Net Operating Deficit at negative $3.32M).

Louisville: ($3,322,184)
Clemson: ($3,998,159)
Florida State: ($6,305,291)
North Carolina: ($8,774,334)
NC State: ($9,734,998)
Georgia Tech: ($10,741,525)
Virginia Tech: ($12,177,434)
Virginia: ($21,401,813)
