I posted this thread before the game and I saw a headline in the courier journal ( the rag) while I was at a friends house. The article said something like "While Louisville plays tonight Mitchell won't be with them he will head home". I guess it was an old article.

No you misread the intent of the headline, while the cards were going on the road, Mitchell was going home, obviously he's from Brooklyn.
