I agree Kerry, and they won't have to. Spalding, Snider, Mitchell, and Adel will improve as the season goes. I also saw some signs of better post play from Mathiang, Anas, and JJ. Onuaku had a poor game, and we know he'll bounce back.

We'll be fine.

A good game. We could have won. Our bigs have to be able to convert in close. Too many missed opportunities + the horrible charging call against Lee didn't help. That was a 3-pt play and would have made it a 2 pt game with a couple of minutes to go. Instead. a 5 pt game and MSU got the ball. As bad a charging call as I've seen in a while.

All that being said, our bigs got out-toughed the second half. How many rebounds did we fail to get? Seemed like the entire second half. Plus our defense late disappeared giving up way too many open 3 pointers.

We will learn and get better from this.

Overall that was an impressive performance by the Cards that could have been a great performance considering the opponent and the hostile environment.

It falls on these 2 and Snider to get everybody involved at that end.The one thing that bothered me last night was only 7 assists.Of course,it's a 2 way street with the trust that if I throw it to you and you don't have anything,you throw it back.
