Make them pay. Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against mcgee and any other players or employees who were involved. The object: to collect all funds paid out to these people plus the $$$ involved in direct benefits: travel, lodging, food, books, scholarships, any UL $$$ used for this trash. Monies collected could be divided among boosters but better yet, put into a tuition fund for non athletic students to pay for james $$$ ramsey's tuition increases each year. Make them pay.

Ramsey, Jurich and Pitino should be fired. A lawsuit would result in tuition increases with these guys in charge. The inmates are running the prison.

IMHO the real problem is when the student filed a lawsuit against the whore. That opens legal paths that are not open when the NCAA is investigating. The NCAA has no subpoena powers. This completely wipes out the option of alumni not answering the NCAA's questions. Every program has situations. When you get the courts involved it takes the investigation to another level. This doesn't normally happen.

None of this is fair, but to think of all the travel mcgee (and others?) got to do when they were here plus all the other benefits. UL grad or current student should sue, not the university.
