Louisville vs NC State Game Thread

I'm curious to see what the attendance is following that road win. Will some think that win is a sign of things to come or believe it was an aberration.

Burns Jr v. BHH inside. Cards have to be prepared for more teams to double down on BHH. Good entry passes, passes out of the post and spacing will be key. BHH’s presence down low is opening up more for the guards/wings. They will get more open looks today…. Can they continue to move the ball and knock them down and/or get to the basket. Probably not at the same clip but Cards will get many open looks today.

State will press. How do the Cards handle it?

State’s guards for those that don’t remember. They have 4 solid guards that can be tough to deal with and can shoot it.

State loves the 3. Cards have to defend and run them off 3 point line. In their last game against Carolina, State shot 2-20 from 3. Cards are coming off a hot game from 3.

The 3 point line/shooting and defense will more than likely decide this game.

Burns Jr. Is huge. Usually BHH has the strength advantage but he'll definitely have his hands full today.

I’m glad Payne starts the 2 bums and lets the other team jump out to big leads. Can’t have Louisville winning another game.

Payne gets more help from the officials than any other coach we’ve had by a mile. Clark just shoved somebody out of bounds and the refs gave Louisville the ball. Wonder why, I think I know.

Wow these refs are bending State over. Clean offensive rebound and the white boy dork ref calls over the back.

We've got one guy to slow down and we just can't guard the 3 point line..

Damn narrative refs are going to foul out the whole State team. Pitiful like playing at **** arena in Lexington

13 fouls on State in the first half. That’s criminal. And the 2 clowns on the radio are crying about a call right before halftime on Louisville.

Good lord that is your take on this game. How about stop doubling the big man and leaving 3 point shooters wide open.
