Tim Sullivan just reported that Louisville has parted ways with Cort Dennison. He had a domestic violence order hearing scheduled in December. But I just checked courtnet and it shows the Emergency Protective Order was dismissed on 11/18 by way of an agreed order between the parties. EPO’s lead to DVO hearings. Both are civil actions and not criminal cases.
