#4 Louisville Field Hockey was tested by #25 James Madison Sunday but the Cards got a goal in overtime from Aimee Plumb to get the win.
The Cards may have been feeling the effects of the Friday overtime win at UNC 3-2, but credit the James Madison defense for shutting down Cardinals scoring chances in this one.
A scoreless battle in regulation led to the 7-on-7 overtime sudden victory session. Four minutes in, Aimee Plumb got the winner for UofL.
15-2 on the season for Louisvillle FH to go with that #4 ranking
Should be interesting when the Cards face second-in-the-ACC Syracuse next week.
