Bear with me, I am not up on individual players or their talent levels like some of you.

I looked at the roster this morning and noticed that the offense losses a ton of players. Having said that, to me it would indicate that CSS must do well this season because next season he will be rebuilding the offense AND IMO the defense because BB will be gone. That is JMO with zero knowledge about the inner workings of the staff.

We will lose:

Malik Cunningham ------ QB----Senior 4V Montgomery, Alabama
Caleb Chandler ----------- OL----Senior 4V Jefferson, Georgia
Adonis Boone ---------- OL----Senior 3V Daytona Beach, Florida
Bryan Hudson ------------ OL----Senior 3V Georgetown, Kentucky
Trevor Reid --------------- OL-----Senior 3V Griffin, Georgia
Emmanual Sowders----- OL-----Senior 3V Louisville, Kentucky
Isaac Martin ------------- TE-----Senior 4V Louisville, Kentucky
Marshon Ford-------------TE------Senior 3V Louisville, Kentucky
Josh Lifson-----------------TE------Senior 3V Louisville, Kentucky
Josh Johnson--------------WR-----Senior 4V Atlanta, Georgia
Jaelin Carter-------------- WR-----Senior 3V Louisville, Kentucky
Braden Smith-------------WR-----Senior 3V Flowood, Mississippi

Kenderick Duncan-------DB------Senior 4V Stockbridge, Georgia
Chandler Jones-----------DB------Senior 3V Miami, Florida
YaYa Diaby-----------------DL-------Senior 3V Atlanta, Georgia
Jermayne Lole------------DL-------Senior 3V Long Beach, California
Monty Montgomery----LB-------Senior 4V Norcross, Georgia
Momo Sanogo-----------LB--------Senior 4V Plano, Texas
Yasir Abdullah-----------LB--------Senior 3V Miramar, Florida
Drew Brenowitz---------LB--------Senior 3V Olney, Maryland
Marvin Dallas------------LB--------Senior 3V Brunswick, Georgia

That's why I am excited about recruiting, but know it's very realistic next year could be rough!

You don’t bring in 4 stars to set the bench.

I remember Teddy's freshman year; 17 freshmen saw significant playing time against WVU (I was at the game here in Morgantown). That team started off slow and struggling and it was a whole different team by the end of the year. Next year could be like that.

That all said, and I've said it several times - Louisville needs to win this year. If Satterfield can't go 8-4 this year, it is never going to happen.
