Let's Talk About Improvement

My man. 3 wins and it just turned October. This team wants to go bowling.
Bowling is likely. It’s a by product of vast improvement. I just want to see the foundation laid out that’ll enhance recruiting and provide the basis for another leap next year. Today, we witnessed football. Not a cluster fu, excuse me, well you know what I’m getting at.

Our QB “problem” has turned into a non issue. Cunningham looked awesome today, where was this guy last year? Conley looked great stepping in too. Feeling good about the improvements by the staff and the quick turnaround

I actually thinks the offense moves better when Conley is in the game. Cunningham is a really good runner, but not near Conley when it comes to passing. Cunningham in the game = stack the box against the run. Conley makes the backfield play their area while a stable of good running backs can still run the ball.

I’ve said this before during the game. And coaches nearly pulled the plug on the mo’ by replacing Conley AFTER he just led a 96 yard TD drive.

We all knew QB depth was a precarious issue going into the year. Only 3 serviceable QB{s and we could afford no injuries. Next year, depth will not be a major issue there. This Staff can really coach up QBs
