Today Lamar Jackson became only the 2nd qb in history to post a perfect passer rating in a game for the 3rd time, Roethlisberger did it 5x, several have done twice, and if he wins the MVP this year, which should be 100% assured after todays dominant performance, he will become the 1st person in the 104 year NFL history to win 2 MVP's and the Heismann. Not bad for someone many pundits said should have been a receiver. Who was the doucher who worked for the colts who said he should be a receiver during the combine?

He's one of the most accurate passers in the league, and the most versatile one for sure. Just awesome watching him play, even if he wasn't an alumni, he is just balling out. if you watched the SF game and had never seen the game of football before in your life and had no idea of any of the rules you would have known without a doubt that he was the best player on the field. people like Jeff Saturday, another former colt player and coach, who think CMC should be the MVP are absolute morons. after the SF game Saturday still said cmc should be the mvp. fffing moron.

he doesn't play for you guys anymore and doesnt even clsim you on introductions...Let It Go!!!!@

When you see post like this UK fans show their lack of intelligence which is always appreciated over here. You do realize your own fan base that was drooling over Levis after the Miami game. It is kind of what fans do they appreciate former players.

The biggest change-growth in Lamar game is his presence in the pocket. He now understands how to move in the pocket to create time-space to throw instead of run. His arm strength or even accuracy was never the real issue. The question was could he process the game at that speed with passing being the 1st option and running the 2nd. In college and early in NFL if the 1st read wasn’t there run. Now it is move around in pocket find option 2-3-4 then run.

He really is a unicorn with that kind of speed and arm strength.

Alumnus. “Alumni” is plural.
CMC for MVP? Well, McCaffrey is white, so it must be racism.

Love Lamar but until he gets the big game monkey off his back he will never get due credit.
elway didn't win until his final two years so still time btu that title sure does change things. and ravens offense was not built before this year to score when needed, just ground and pound but he never had anyone to throw to except TE. he's finally got some WR's to throw to and even if you look at this year, fumbles and dropped passes in crucial situations prevented them from being 16-0. but you are correct, he needs to get to AFC title game at minimum. doesn;t have to win it all this year (which woudl be a massive disappointment considering hwo great the D actually is), but has to win at least one playoff game. overall, he was too young four years ago, injured the last three, and now is the time. if they lose their first game, will be almost as much pressure on him as JB will have next year to beat uk, not as much, but almost.

Watched every Ravens game this year. Scariest team they’re likely to face in the playoffs is Cleveland with that amazing defense and Joe Flacco playing so well.

Very likely the Ravens get the Browns in the divisional round, and I could definitely see the winner of that game winning the Super Bowl.

Well, that's going to happen very soon. This season is really the only time the Ravens had a real chance to get to the Super Bowl under Lamar. His MVP season was the last real chance and Derrick Henry ran all over them in the playoffs.

Playoff wins are needed for Lamar though. This season the Chiefs, the Bills and the Dolphins are not as good as they have been. I think the Ravens biggest threat is Joe Flacco and the Browns.

Super bowl will be the big test. The 49ers, the Cowboys and watch out for the Rams. I like a Ravens/Rams Super Bowl.

Ravens 27
Rams 23
