#8 has not been the same since he was out sick. His accuracy and decision making is off the past few games.

I still dislike the offensive philosophy the Ravens still employ with Lamar. The league has adjusted to it and Lamar is running way too much.

If I was a big Ravens fan I would be asking for a new scheme offensively.

They are just so conservative. I can't see the entire field so I don't know if guys are open down field or not. But don't they need to take a shot to Brown deep a few times a game? It's just been tuck and run or throw it to Freeman?

No when they do show downfield, none of the receivers are getting separation except Andrews. He’s the only one who knows how to get open but makes the Ravens predictable.

As it was the year after the Heisman, his decisions are off kilter a bit. There's no time for hesitation at the Sunday level.

Lost all his backs even before the seasons. Watkins is hurt. Only so much he can do.

It's not who the receiver's are, it's the offensive philosophy of Lamar being a rushing threat.

In my opinion, especially in big games like playoff games, this strategy is not going to work. Teams are going to contain Lamar's rushing.

I believe it's time for Lamar to make the change to a dropback passer who runs the ball mostly on scrambles to avoid sacks. This zone read offense and constant play action has regressed each season since Lamar started his first game.

We all know that as Lamar gets older his running is going to regress, as will his likelihood to avoid injuries. I believe the Ravens should go ahead and change the offense. Lamar will still make running plays but if defenses are not designing ways of containing Lamar's arm, he's not going to win the Super Bowl.

Of course in my opinion.

That and their plan is to always shorten the game, period. This might make more sense if they are holding an elite defense, but they aren't. Not even close. Would also make sense if Dobbins was one of their RBs, but he's been out all year.

Doesn't mean he won't finish strong. I was waiting for that breakout Sunday.
Their defense has once again become the real thing. LJ and the offense will get it going.

Real and Hop are both right. Ravens don’t have the strong rushing attack like they had with Dobbins. Teams are now just focusing on the fact that Lamar will run if the pass blocking doesn’t hold up. Their Oline is decimated by injuries. Also as Hop alluded, their defense is not what it was with all of the injuries to the secondary. Basically it’s game planning against Lamar. Sort of why Mahomes was struggling early as teams put more pressure on him. Hopefully Lamar can adjust like Mahomes.
