5 turnovers. Little ball movement. Got to be smarter with the ball and get some energy going on defense.

Go Cards!!

Unfortunately they still look a bit out of sorts. A couple of good plays though the D isn't stopping Seton Hall.

Yeah they just don't seem to be in any type of basketball state of mind. I'm only seeing street ball right now, and that is Seton Hall's game. Got to start moving the ball on offense, and tighten up on the defense. The game is right there for the taking. Just got to go and take it.

Agree. Well hope Delgado will be ok after getting elbowed in the head by King. Delgado had to go to locker room.

Better ball movement here midway into the second half. King looks confident, but honestly, I didn't like the last 3 he took in spite of him hitting it. Everyone needs to touch the ball. That last play he got the pass and that was it. He didn't give it to anyone else. He dribbled to his left 3 feet and fired the shot. Can't fall in to that trap.

Well that sucked. Not sure how to feel about it. On one hand, I saw a Seton Hall team that has tough nosed kids who fought for 40 minutes, and on the other, I saw a UofL team that has no identity at all. Lots of talent but no true identity to speak of.

This game should have been a win. It is a bitter pill to swallow. Sure hope the kids can somehow find a way to rise above it all but I'm starting to wonder if it's possible. They've been thru a ton a crap they didn't ask for. It's only going to get worse if they start turning on each other. It's past time for someone to step up and lead this team. Don't care who.

Frankly they were lucky to be in the game with a chance to win. When your opponent gets 15 or so more shots than you do and you get as many fouls and TOs combined as points and boards from your starting 4 & 5 - 9 times out of 10 you get your ass kicked.

The top 2 scorers are ISO players - and not the best passers. Hopefully they can improve in this area as the season progresses, but sometimes a player simply is who he is.

As mentioned in other threads, the big men are average at best offensively, making good passing even more important.
