I think another way to evaluate this would be to compare the offers Martin received.
The list, according to ESPN, includes Indiana St., IUPUI, Ohio, St. Louis, Texas Tech, UMKC, WKU, and Xavier.
That's his offers.
If RP was recruiting in those circles he wouldn't have lasted as long as he did here.
