I heard Pete Thomas was heading out West after tonight’s Duke game to attend the John Bosco game on Friday.
Obviously pulling these kids from Cali seems like a longshot most years, but I really think there’s some mutual interest here. If I’m not mistaken, Thomas is from the West coast and has connections there.
Obviously, the main target is the 2023 QB, Pierce Clarkson. But I believe this RB in the 2022 class, Rayshon Luke is someone to watch. Fits the mold of what this staff is looking for at the RB position. An absolute blazer (runs track too) that brings a home run threat every time he touches the ball.
It’s been reported that a coach on Bosco has indicated that UL is starting to take a hard look at him. Bigger schools were scared off early because of grade issues and now I’m guessing their RB spots have been taken up in this recruiting cycle.
