Joanne P. McCauley resigns at Duke WBB

Not exactly UofL WBB news but ACC news. Joanne P McCauley has resigned from her head WBB coaching job at Duke. She said it was a contract dispute.

With the type of talent she had at Duke and her most recent record, things were not adding up. Duke went from a powerhouse to average in about a three year time period.

Not surprising. Duke will find a replacement with quality creditworthiness.

She has certainly put Duke behind the competition so now they have to play catch-up. Other people on here have posted that she has a personality that probably doesn’t work well with the players she is currently coaching.
