Jeff Brohm and Tom Jurich - What Happened?

Now that TJ is gone and Brohm is the clear choice, anyone care to share details around what happened when Jeff got pushed out? How much of that was TJ and how much of that was Kragthorpe?

@Mark Ennis I think you said a while back that TJ being gone is actually a positive as it relates to our chances of getting Brohm. Why? Thanks.
