I'm told he will make an official visit on June 17. Now, that being said I think Louisville is being very selective when it comes to the running back they're going to take in this class. I don't think they will take two. So if someone jumps on board before Simpkins visits then he might not come. If they do take a back before Simpkins and he still visits that means one of two things: 1.) They are taking two backs in this class, or 2.) They see either the back they took in front of Simpkins as a splash scoring threat they will make room for, they see Simpkins as that type of threat, or they see both backs as that type of threat.
