Is pay scale the same for both Women's and Men's officials ?

With the horrible officiating in Women's games it seems there must be a difference. If that is the case wouldn't that be a Gender Equity violation ? The NCAA should be doing everything in their power to improve the horrible women's officiating. It's been like this for years and not improving. Pay should be the same for both Men's and Women's officials.

So you are saying it's possible that some officials refereeing women's games might make more then some officials refereeing men's games ?
