When I try to access my tickets on my phone, it takes me to the Ticketmaster website. The only option that gives me is to transfer or sell them, not view them or load them on Apple Wallet. When I log into the Ticketmaster app using my U of L ID and password it says I have no tickets available. I tried to call the ticket office and it is only a voicemail with no way to reach a live person. I did text them but haven't heard back.
