Even if this were true, why would Purdue know who is Louisville’s first choice?
Don't know who 1st choice or second etc. Just that it's not Brohm. AD has time to put together preemptive offer.

Brohm would do a complete 180 on the key hires we've made the last five years. They've all been replacements for less money (salary). U of L and Brohm can reverse that trend down.

I'll take a shot. In listening to Josh's speech about an ideal candidate, who he uses Jay Wright as an ideal candidate, I don't think Hurtt fits the bill based on past discrepancies. I have to admit I don't know what all was truth or fiction but don't think Josh wants someone with a tainted history. Plus Hurtt has been in the NFL now for awhile and the college recruiting landscape has changed. Just my 2 cents.

The problem with this, CardinalRod, is that Charlie used his cardinal rod in places he shouldn't have. That, and I think Charlie as good as he used to be is not the same coach now.

I saw some pictures from Charlie's football camp for women. I wonder how many of those women came out of camp walking a little funny from all the squatting and bending over they had to do.
