then the Cards are headed to the Midwest bracket. Early round games are in Columbus and it's a tough draw IMO. Have to play Oklahoma in the opening game, and if the Cards win, they would most likely have to play Michigan State again. Ward is back and makes them a much better team today compared to when the Cards played them back in late November.

I would rather see another game against Tennessee instead. I just feel the Cards match up better with the Vols.

No worries though. It's March and this is the best time of the year to be a college basketball fan!!

Tennesee’s guys are too physical for our guys. I’d rather play Mich St. Tennessee best us pretty handily. But either way we won’t know who we have until we get passed round 1.

There will be no easy games with the seed we will get, but at least we're dancin'.

Lunardi is around the 68th best bracket prognosticator from last year. So, what he says doesn’t mean a lot to me. The guy is a nerd, a numbers cruncher and not a very good one!

I thought he has/had a pretty good run at guessing which teams make it and which teams don't.

I know he doesn't always get the seeding right, but he pretty much nails down the at-large bids. He has the Cards in as a lock which is a wee bit hard to believe only because of the 13 losses. We did play a very difficult schedule though so that helps the cause.

Again, it's not big deal. I mean Tennessee is getting destroyed right now by Auburn. I think the Cards could match up better with Tennessee than Michigan State but it doesn't matter until the Cards win game 1 and this team could lose in the first game. Nothing is for sure.

I cannot name the source simply because I listen to a ton of sports radio and I can’t remember who said it. But, I was listening to a local show that said Lunardi’s projected bracket last year ranked 68th among the prognosticators.
