I heard some of your radio program tonite, and the comment that Jordan Nwora should have played more last year even if he wasn't giving it max effort in practice.
I'm curious how that coaching process works... The other dozen or so guys watch a fellow player going half speed each day but starting the actual games or getting major minutes. What kinda message does that send those other guys as far as practice habits?
"Bust your a$$ anyway"? Or "some rules don't apply to everyone"??
And of course others are free to comment since I have a feeling Nick may be gone for good...
