Wow IARP to speed process up but will now use NCAA info to adjudicate cases. U of L is screwed .

Sounds like these schools that chose IARP might have a legal recourse. How can you in the middle of investigation change up the process completely.

If you are the NCAA, would you be in a hurry to pursue penalization on any P5 schools right now? I mentioned in another thread, the 2020 CBS story that included a poll of P5 conference schools on their opinion on exiting the NCAA; over 65% members supported leaving the NCAA. My understanding is that while eliminating the distribution of revenue to 1260 member institutions, one of the most sensitive issues the member institutions expressed was witnessing non-P5 schools and lower Division schools having representatives judging P5 conference school allegations.

All of this is about < 100 P5 conference schools generating the overwhelming % of revenue, which in turn is being shared with 1260 schools that contribute little if anything.

I never thought of that but having lower division schools judge the P5 schools is like asking an ex wife to decide what is best for you.

One of the best kept secrets was just how adamant P5 members feel about exiting the NCAA. It is not just UL; think of how many schools, Administrators, coaches and fans have felt the unilateral wrath of the NCAA over the last 20 years.
