We need to be able to handle success the way Clemson does. Remember, they haven't always been great. They have gone through long, mediocre stretches in their history. They have overcome and they can handle the spotlight. We seem to be a great underdog, but terrible in the favorites role. We need to take the next step.

Part of the process....Clemson went through it earlier this decade...we are going through it now.

I'm thinking LJ has it, but.....just saying these talking heads need something to talk about. So they will spend time bashing his output vs our schedule, against some others performance against tougher competition. It's just what they do.

And IF DW has an LJ type game tonight.....there may be some wavering amoung voters.

But Clemson hasn't needed DW to have an LJ performance this year, so I don't expect one tonight.

I respect Clemson for what they have accomplished but this fan boy obsession with them is annoying. We don't have to stoop to a level where we are "that fan base" that's annoying to be around. But my god every time some brings up Clemson it's like this board is pumped up with estrogen. Between Boulware choking Jackson and hearing their fans cry about officiating all year long after our game in Death Valley it's hard to cheer for them.

We don't expect you to cheer for us during the regular season. That said what is good for the ACC as a whole is good for UL. ACC Having a team in the CFP means more money and more visibility for UOf L. Having you guys throttle Michigan or LSU and taking that next step while we are rebuilding next year is good for Clemson. You are one of us now. I will be pulling for you and I can live will you guys carrying the baton for a while.

Any normal year Watson would win it...but it is tough to overcome Jackson 51 Total TD...over 3300 Passing yards and 1500 rushing yards.
