I don't know how the women have a 2 point lead over ND because ND is getting every call. With 2 starters sitting on the bench most of the 1st half and a 3rd starter going out in the 2nd quarter. Even the replays show bad calls I guess the refs are getting caught up with the crowd enthusiasm.

I’m with you, second half could turn into a blow out for nd if we have 4 starters fouled out before the 4th quarter starts

Gotta trust your bench and play those kids a little more in that situation...

Officiating in WBB is like boxing total corruption it's really sad watching how bad they make calls against certain teams ,

Listening but not watching.

Is ponytail referring ?
If so, that explains the FT disparity.

ND and Uconns women,
Duke and SuCkS men ALL have the refs in their back pocket.

That was tough to watch. ND is a great team..... but with those refs they are unbeatable. The first half calls made it impossible for UofL to be aggressive in the 2nd.

Having said that.... we didn't play well. We needed others besides Durr to step up. Oh well, we'll get another shot in ACC tourney.

I really try to watch WBB but there seems to be an over abundance of favoritism from the announcers and the refs are God awful. I have never seen a worse no call than what we got in last year’s WFF and tonight seemed almost as bad. It is pretty obvious the network team dislikes us and Jeff. That is it for me, too damn frustrating.

The officiating is awful, the calls that kill me in both the women's and mens's game are the anticipation fouls. There was a call where a Notre Dame player lost her balance underneath the basket the Louisville player never touched them foul of Louisville. Durr at the end of the first half doesn't creat contact ND does and clearly pushes off Durr gets the foul. The other one that killed me was when the official waited until the ball didn't go in and when it didn't called the foul. It is either a foul or not the ball going in doesn't matter,

The problem you could literally find 10-15 more instances in that game were the official was flat wrong even on both sides.

Those are the phantom fouls it took us right out of the game and allowed them to stay in it. Just ridiculous

I honestly don't know how Jeff doesn't murder an official right there on the floor. That officiating, there isn't a word for it. It was beyond horrible and one sided.

It’s women’s basketball, not only hard to watch but difficult to referee. Women fall down at the slightest touch of contact. It’s gotten a lot better but is just not as smooth. Sorry if I offend.

I was shocked he didn’t get a technical. I for one would have applauded..
