Only 5 days to prepare, Houston has not lost at home, it is their senior's last home game, and they likely view this game as their shot at redemption for this seasons.

I thought the guys learned the dangers of not showing up against Virginia, but yesterday leaves me not so sure. Likely Houston would kill us if we play them like we played Wake.

I hope the guys are looking for revenge for the game against them last year.

Turnovers and special teams mistakes killed the Cards last year against Houston. As long as Cards protect the ball Thursday they'll be fine.

The turnovers have killed momentum all season. We can NOT fumble the ball away Thursday night.

If Duke, UVA and last nights first half didn't get their attention, nothing will. I truly hope theyre getting the message.

A different way to look at is that UofL's playoff chances look a whole lot different than it did at the start of Saturday. Radcliffe was on SiriusXM last night and he didn't even know Washington had lost until the guy doing the interview told him.

If we're not ready for UH, then we are the pretenders some "experts" want us to be.

Lose to Houston and then we better bounce back quickly for uk or the season could go down the tubes in a hurry.

I can't believe we have reached the point where a 9-3 season could be "down the tubes", but we have o_O

So true. I predicted a 9-3 regular season before the start of the season, but now if that comes true I'll become depressed.

I think we will beat Houston. The only way we could lose is our team does not take Houston serious and are looking ahead to the UK game. Thursday is the most important game in Louisville Football History. CBP will fire them up. Remember Cards score first and continue to kick them while they are down until the end of the 4th quarter! It is time to get mean.

Every game in the back half of this season has been the most important in history!

IMO this game will come down to two key stats:
1) Turnovers - We can't be anything over -1
2) Penalties - We must start the game without knucklehead penalties (e.g. early false starts against Clemson setting us up with poor early drives)

I think if we can do well in those two categories we should come out with a win. Go Cards!

Tuesday nights ranking will have an effect on them. I have a feeling we will be #5 and that will light a fire under them to win big.
