Last night, the Louisville Lacrosse squad made history by playing in football's Cardinal Stadium under the lights.

It was the first ever, other than football, event ever played in Cardinal Stadium.

#1 UNC was the opponent and the TarHeels got a 19-7 win over the Cards.

A decent Louisville Lacrosse effort against #1 in the nation. UNC is that good, think of the dominance of UConn basketball years ago, and UNC has achieved that in LAX.

North Carolina won its 15th consecutive game. Its last loss came on May 24, 2019, in an NCAA Tournament semifinal to Boston College. The longest winning streak in school history is 20 games. UNC scored double-figure goals for the 24th game in a row and held its opponent to single digits for the eighth game in a row (every game in 2021).
