I think they will research people who want to buy good pizza for cheap.
And how donating to Universities increase sells of these cheap pizzas.
Also how to get these cheap customers to tip better, so these employees
can live off this type of employment.

Or maybe it will be research into a free labor market, and how competition for good workers increases the pay of these good workers, who in turn reward their employers with excellent service and higher profits.

Wow....how quickly this devolved into corporate drivel and politics. PJ has a ton of money that he chooses to throw around very liberally. We have benefited and so has UK.

Am I supposed to pay more for pizza so that pizza workers are better off?...

Zipp I don't think "more for pizza" is the issue here. This thread has gotten so far off the track that it needs to be put back on the track intended. The OP indicated that the big blow/blew folks have been making fun of PJCS for far too long and now they cannot do it any longer. But we forget their stupidity and ignorance and you can COUNT on their faithful to continue those rants.

GO CARDS - BEAT EVERYBODY!!! God Bless America!!!

I believe there are jobs and then there are careers. Making pizza is a stepping stone job that could lead to a career if you stick with it and move UP in to management. THEN it starts to be a career. Not a job. Jobs are easy to get. A career requires more dedication, education, and determination.

People whining about making minimum wage for making pizza just want things handed to them. That JOB was never intended to support a family.

Regarding UofK fans making fun of Papa John's, I was under the impression they were boycotting Papa John's, and anything else they feel makes light of anything UofK and anything which supports UofL. Anything from fast food, to newspaper writers to radio stations. When did that stop?

I wonder if the research will include the long-term economics of suppressing the pay and benefits of workers at fast food restaurants to maximize short-term profits for owners and shareholders?
I think this is aimed more at college ADs. Teaching them to wait until success is reached before renewing contracts of unproven coaches.

They root for a team in an arena named after a known racist. Their stupidity is on display continually.

My favorite was back when UK fans were so enormously proud that their ticket's actual size was larger than ours. :)

You tell em Cue. Bunch of lazy slackers just need to pull themselves
up by their proverbial "boot straps" and just work harder like you no doubt have. You're a true American success story. Those lazy slugs just need to work harder. These family supporting careers are out there a dime a dozen.

Papa pays the slave wages and the taxpayers pick up the slack when the bums invariably have to go on govt assistance to "support their family." Of course compassionate conservative (Christian too I bet?) could just say these people and their families are just SOL.

Slaves don't get wages. Slaves can't offer their services to someone else. Its not a matter of being lazy. The bootstraps are there for everyone to use. For the government to use force to compel someone to pay someone else more than that are worth is immoral. It is a simple law of economics that the more something costs, the less demand for it. Fewer entry level jobs means more poverty. Compassionate leftist, right?

Oh for the love of God! Using "force"? And "immoral"? Guessing you're not in favor of any sort of minimum living wage so you can pay less for your Big Mac. You are a piece of work I tell ya.

Yep because believing in a living wage makes someone a "leftist." Like I said, you're a fool
