We can now add another HOF'er to the list of players we saw in the Sweet Sixteen in Cincy back in 1979. Sidney Moncrief has been elected to the Naismith HOF. Bird, Moncrief and should be Griff.

We can now add another HOF'er to the list of players we saw in the Sweet Sixteen in Cincy back in 1979. Sidney Moncrief has been elected to the Naismith HOF. Bird, Moncrief and should be Griff.

That was an amazing pair of games. I still remember a no look behind the back pass Bird made the second game that night. Led his teammate perfectly for an uncontested layup.
