Hawks must not W the natty because

Thanks for sharing; good story. The NCAA may have picked a fight where they might “win the battle, but lose the war”. Kansas has made it clear that it has no fear of the NCAA, or it’s enforcement division. Kansas has a rather compelling defense based upon the Federal Court decision that identified Adidas as the offender.

The NCAA will likely reject Kansas arguments, and impose their punishment via sanctions and penalties. However, I can anticipate Kansas not only challenging the NCAA by appealing their rulings …….. I can envision the State of Kansas stepping in and filing civil suits against the NCAA that will be enjoined by the Federal Court.

The NCAA may have forgotten that it was a Federal Government Agency (FBI) that initiated this entire issue, but Kansas has not lost sight of this fact. There is a very real potential for the Federal Court engaging in this case, as the NCAA has essentially ignored the Court’s findings. This alone represents a very risky position for the NCAA to have taken when pursuing Kansas.

A Federal ruling against the NCAA would set a precedent that could ultimately undermine the very future of the NCAA. The P5 conference members have already been polled and expressed a majority who favor a withdraw from the organization and forming their own.

Why should we care if Kansas wins the NC or not?
if anything it’ll shed more light on their cheating ways.
It’ll also expose the NCAA hypocritical ways even more and see if they vacate their NC
just like they stole ours when we didn’t show “defiant posture“!!!
