I guess I missed it when people first started using the phrase, and not living in Louisville anymore, I'm not as exposed to it but WHAT DOES L1C4 mean?

FYI, my previous post was in response to a UK troll making fun of L1C4, before the mods deleted the posts. Now it looks like I brought UK in to this thread for no reason lol

I've never been a fan of L1C4. I appreciate the concept behind it, but the hashtag just seems so contrived. IMO, things like that should grow organically, not as a concerted marketing effort. I always think of this..
