Bam is dunking the ball in the post like a big man should, not throwing up off balanced one handed floaters. Our bigs are 1 of 15 in the paint because we love that 1 foot finger roll floater. I wish we had someone on our team that wanted to dunk like Bam does for UK.

He has only abused our two skinnys Anas and Ray . When Mathiang is on him he hasn't gotten anything
has a poster of soft as water mango and is rebounding on mango like mango is not on the floor.

Mango and Adel should be at bellermine, scotty would cut them from the team though.

What game did you watch? You may want to reconsider that comment with respect to Adel - 18/6/2 and a steal.

He is a beast. Good thing he can't shoot free throws. Going forward, opponents just need to wrap him up when he gets it down deep and take their chances on him scoring from the line. He's a grown ass man right now at 18 years old.

Bam is a strong strong dude, Fox is a fast fast dude...if Monk isn't hitting, Kentucky is better off with him on the bench, poor defender.

Briscoe and Hawkins are their best defenders. Both Fox and Monk are poor defenders right now, but they are very talented and can learn enough defensive technique to improve as the season goes which will make UofK better. They have a very good team, and they're going to get better. I would just assume not see them again until next year in Rupp when Bam, Monk and Fox will all be gone.

Not what Rick saying on his post game about Mango tonight he was very effective physically on Bam better go rewatch the game

I don't understand Beasley at all this time around. The kids played their butts off. ALL the players were bringing it all night long on both teams. I'll never understand why people feel the need to bash college KIDS over a game. It makes no sense to me.

wishing the bigs would actually dunk is not bashing.

Probably time to leave Adel alone Beasley.

I mean really at this point it's probably time to quit complaining about everything.

Wins over UK, Purdue, and Wich St - only loss is vs an undefeated team.

Louisville never does well out of conference, and they've done great this year.

I won't even bring up the success of the last decade.

It's what you get when you combine reactive posting during games with doubling down on those unintelligent comments.
I'm too mentally engaged during the game to post. Got to be the arm chair coach you know! LOL! I was really dumbfounded seeing Levitch in the game instead of Hicks for instance. Guess that's why Pitino is actually on the sidelines coaching, and I'm sitting in this chair.

today was his best game in a uniform. Hope he grows from the experience

#sickening isn't bashing?
OK. What ever you say Beasley. Not going to argue about it tonight. I'm just enjoying the win.
the 1 foot finger rolls bother me when it is a 6-9 / 7-0 foot guy doing it.

I miss Trezl and his way of finishing around the basket. sorry if that offends.

and yes the 1 foot floaters sicken me. DUNK THE BALL

I completely agree - particularly if you are actually at the game. Why aren't you soaking up the atmosphere instead of figuring out which Louisville player you can slam?

It's odd.

maybe i should just be a drive by douche that stalks posts and ridicule whoever has anything bad to say.

just a fan that see's things i want to see get better, and our big guys dunking the ball is one of those things. sorry you dont understand what dunking the ball does for a team.
Adebayo dunked several times. Beyond the 2 pts - what did that do for his team?

We all want to see UofL's teams and players do better however, you seem to be the only one consistently crapping on players, saying they suck and aren't good enough to be D1.

Maybe take a look in the mirror.

He was knocking Anas off the block as much as 2 feet. I guess that isn't a point of emphasis so it doesn't get called. And you are right Mango was having none of it.
Much as I hate flopping, there's not a referee in this country that wouldn't call Bam for an offensive foul, if Mahmoud would have set his feet that second time around.

P.S. we wouldn't have gotten that big basket by JJ with the flip behind the head basket. No way he could have dunked in that scenario.

He's a great player, but he tried that little shoulder bump against Mango later in the game and it was like he hit a brick wall then he threw up a brick himself...maybe if he had some finesse to go with that power? He could take a lesson from Jaylen with his ballerina like back handed finger role...there is a place for power and a place for finesse.

If we have Anas on the post covering a power center, he's gonna need help on entry passes (which we tried to do throughout the game with varied success).

He is a beast no doubt. It is really hard to get interior players the ball at this level. His FT% could hurt them if his struggles at the line like last night become the norm.

For them, it's going to be interesting to see if they can reach their potential. They are obviously great in the open court.

Their PG is lightning, and of course young and may not "see" the floor as well now as he will later in the year. He probably missed the big man on a few weak side alley-oops, but again it is hard to get interior bigs the ball sometimes, especially against a front line with length like the Louisville front line.

But no doubt, I can't lie here - he is an admirable ball player.

that kid is a better dwight howard. Our front court played well and it is promising for later in the year. We have solid quality college bigs.

I know we won. But the ref Jamie Luckie called a terrible game. He almost gave it to them at the end. Good thing they can't shoot FTs. I could be wrong and have to go back and watch the game, but he seemed to be the one calling the fouls more so than the other refs. Or by the time I started to notice. No consistency whatsoever.

Agree with this 100%. Did not want to post anything concerning the refs but it was obvious this guy was bias and wanted to help the NBA farm team pull out a win. If this game would have been called consistent, UL would have won by double digits.

Good thing for UK he was doing all that dunking before Snider broke both of his ankles.

That was pretty wild to watch in real time. I was like "what just happened?". It looked like the seas just parted for some unknown reason and Snider had a wide open layup. But to see Snider totally twist up Bam and glide by him in slow motion was surprising to say the least. Nice work Q.

The OP never finds anything positive to say football or basketball.
Negative or positive once our bigs Anas and Stockman dunk rather than that finger roll layup stuff when there standing at the basket; they will become better scorers. Gorgi went thru the same deal. It's merely an observation and fact.
