That perhaps the “story” that was indicating CBP could be fired with cause may have been a situation where the AD allowed him to finish out the season, agreed to not go public, and allow him to save face and find another job?
This would be too good to be true, of course, because it would save us his buyout. But the way the staff and team have so completely tanked, mailed it in, and quit...and now an exodus of players and recruits...I can’t recall anything like it.
