That takes us all the way back to 2009, when UofL was 2-4 at halfway thru the season.
UofL ended up 4-8. (yes, it was with Kragthorpe) I can see UofL winning 4 more games.

GO CARDS!!!

What was our SOS in 2009. This year it's #2 in the country...

EDIT: Just checked, Phil Steele had us #49 by the end of the year.

What was the strength of effort in 2009 vs this year, especially yesterday? Some areas are just not quantifiable now are they?

Talent now is rated higher than 09. But talent without heart or maximum effort can have the same results or worse in regards to winning or losing games as a decided underdog like FSU.

Losing to a superior team is one thing.....losing due to less than maximum effort and heart is a totally different story. Do you truly believe that yesterdays second half was indicative play of a good team?

If you do....than this discussion is over. That 2nd half performance speaks volumes about this team, this year. Six games remain to salvage the season....no matter the stats of SoS....the Cards are on record as 2-4 and your record is your record, no way around that.

Hope is there to turn this around or start building for next years team by getting more experience for CBP's players vs the holdovers from CCS. Hope the best players that earn time in practice are the ones that start in the games. We shall see. Rally around the team, guys, now is when they need the fans support. But they need to play their hardest and not give up on themselves because of adversity. Adversity builds and reveals character. Hope will only take you so far. Time for character and heart to step up.

Crap! What'd you think after losing 11 players to the NFL! This team is very youthful including QBs!

I'm guessing you're being sarcastic because I know you couldn't be serious comparing our 2009 schedule to our first six games in 2015.
