Greenard

No one is bigger than the program it will be interesting to see how this ends up for him.

I wish him the best and we certainly needed him for next season, but let's not get carried away. He was about as "dime a dozen" as it gets for a P5 D lineman.

I'll take a GT.

But they must realize they're only going to be remembered for one season, good or bad, and only at their new school. So they better make a splash.

The place where they went 3-4 years shouldn't waste time bringing them back for reunions.

Fact is, they transfer because they're good, meaning their original team could sure use them for another year. We could sure use Greenard.

So AFAIC if they leave? See ya.

To the ones coming in? Hope you're as good as touted. If you are, you'll be remembered fondly. If you're not? You'll be remembered by no one.

But that's just me.

He’s going back to the guy who recruited him to UofL: Todd Grantham. I have to say that, after all he’s been through, if I were him, that’s where I would go, too.

I agree with PushupMan. Before his injury it seemed Greenard played every position but DB. He often played with an injury. He has one year of eligibility left and has graduated. UL is a total unknown next year, but probably will have some growing pains. I cannot begrudge him a shot with a known entity, after all he has endured here.
