Good luck against FSU...

You ND guy right ?

Yes I am and proud of it. I was also born, grew up, and live in Owensboro KY. I am Kentucky born and Kentucky breed, and when I die-I'll be Kentucky dead.

This video brings back memories of my childhood. My dad was an itinerant farmer and we raised crops with two mules provided by the Ellis Estate.

Yes I saw the story and thought it was kinda crazy to lose sales over a football game. Yes I chose the name Ara because I chose him as a role model after my dad died in January of 1965. I started making dumb choices in life and needed somebody to look up to. I started asking myself what would Ara advise me to do in tough situations. It work until I gave my life to Jesus in 1967. I surrendered to the Ministry in 1972. I am now retired from the pastoral ministry and now I am doing revivals and fill ins where I'm needed. Late in 1963 I asked dad if I could become a ND fan at the age of 9. He smiled at me and said it was fine with him. So I officially became a ND fan on January 1st 1964. So out of respect for Ara Parseghian on Rivals I became Ara64.

I was cheering for ND tonight. Something about that SEC group just irritates me? Wonder why. ;) Cool story Ara.

I was cheering hard for you guys this afternoon. I really wanted the Cards to win. I still think the refs gave FSU a gift--it wasn't ruffing the kicker.IMHO I'm really bummed that ND didn't win tonight but they played hard and nearly pulled it off. The one bright spot was the UK lose. I'm beyond sick of the SEC crap.
