GCU crowd

I was at the game. The nicest people and fans I have ever met on a road trip. The fans around me were talking hoops and welcomed us and wished us a good trip home. The students were amazing...Loud, into it, cheered, danced, having a blast and NOTHING vulgar or rude towards the UofL team or fans (Louisville had I'd say 75-100 fans there). I wish UofL students would be half as into it as the GCU students for football and basketball games. They did have a little too much music at every break but that is their shtick. One last thing....there was the typical fan right behind the scorers bench with a Kentucky basketball jersey on.....what a tool. A GCU fan sitting next to me asked about why someone would do that so I explained to him "that's just what they are like and that is what they do"....he said, "that is a special kind of stupid"...I laughed and agreed.

Did you tell him that they have no life and UK is all they have. Any success their little college team has, somehow equates to their own success because in reality, they have no success. They seriously need to get a life. Sports are merely entertainment and that is all.....literally

Yewkay fans always amaze me with things like that. You would never catch one of our fans even at a Yewkay event let alone at the event with UofL gear on. Never! I should say it surprises me that one would even do such a thing but sadly it doesn't.
