Love Brohm as the new coach. Louisville will never recruit the best defensive players but can get enough talented offensive players to have a great offense.
But, we could get Belichick and it won’t matter until we recruit enough talented front seven players. Looking back at the last 3 recruiting class we had struck out at catastrophic proportions. Even those who are playing now are either JuCos, position changes, or 1st year players. Robinson, Dorsey, Patterson, Etheridge are the only players who played last year and they haven’t had a DC for more than 1 year.
The DC hire might be even more important in the near future for turning it around then hiring Brohm.
