I think this will help Virginia in the NCAA, they always win the ACC regular season and the ACC Tournament. Then they feel like they have nothing left to prove and they flop in the NCAA. Now they will enter the NCAA with something to prove they have motivation.

HA. FSU went 13-5 in the ACC, and they were picked to finish 5th and finished 4th. Not exactly a surprise team. The Cards on the other hand were picked to finish 11th, and tied for 6th with a 10-8 ACC record. FSU had the type of year they were expected to have. The Cards? Much better than expected. Chris Mack deserves it more than Leonard Hamilton.

Virginia is a bad matchup from getting beat. There is a recipe for beating them. FSU is athletic enough to keep Virginia's offense in check and good enough offensively to give their pack line defense problems. Duke could do the same thing exploit matchup's offensively and defend.
