Florida disinterested again?

The other night there was a drunk Florida fan in our section in the upper deck in Nashville. Any A&M play and the moron screamed and started chanting SEC, SEC. . . The only time SEC schools lose to teams from other conferences is when they are disinterested.

Anyone that doesn't believe that espn and abc are sec homers would make great ostriches(sp).

No doubt Tennessee is going to be a bear next year.

Florida and Northwestern embarrassed themselves today and so far Iowa looks even worse (down 35-0 2nd qtr.).

Going into the Florida/Michigan game I wondered if Florida would score - not whether they would win. Their QB situation is just not something McElwain or any other coach could solve this season. Whether he is able to fix it for 2016 we'll see.

Overall, the SEC East is kind of interesting heading into next year. Most people assume UT will take another step forward (I am one of them). But, you have the QB situation at UF and coaching changes at Mizzou, UGA and USC. Vandy will be the "rock" of the division - no real questions about them being their usual bad self. UK is a head-scratcher.

Aside from UT, so many variables with coaching changes that I expect to hear Yahtzee! a lot until midseason.

UT will be fine. A second year with McElwain will benefit UF. My big ? is UGA. Kirby Smart will bring a lot on defense, but can he run the whole show? IMO yes, but it may take a year to see the results.

The East is definitely in a transition phase.

UT is going to be the favorite. Butch Jones is a good coach and they have talent.
UGA is going to be fine. The only question is next year will it be a good transition year. They still are loaded with talent. Smart is going to be a good coach, let's see what he does offensively.
Florida, good coach plenty of talent they will become a good team when they find a good quarterback.
USC, recruiting won't be an issue, not sure they have a good coach though.
Missouri, who knows the former coach was terrific.
Vandy, if they get an kind of offense they will be a problem.
UK, who knows they know how to recruit but they sure have trouble keeping it or getting it to play at a high level.

I don't know why we're discussing who'll be good or not in SEC next year cause according to Finebaum,Alabama is the only team worth mentioning all the time lol.

So far only Florida and aTm have been disinterested. Anyone care to predict Bama's interest level against Clemson?

I have yet to see anywhere other than this board any notions that either A&M or Florida were "disinterested". I have seen and heard it said about Florida State.
