This is according to Jody Demling...

Zeke Pinkham, catcher form E'town was at the game last nite, and flipped his commitment from LPT to U of L.

The brother of the LPT guy, Dorian Hairston, who grounded out to end the game is a shortstop from Tates Creek, Devin Hairston. Demling says he's the best player in the State. He has also flipped his commitment from LPT to U of L.

How long until LPT starts trying to dodge U of L in baseball?

Fast forward to around the 25-minute mark...

That is just awesome news if it holds up. Not surprising at all though that they wanna flip. This program has become one of the most attractive in the nation. Tom Jurich, Dan McDonnell, Roger Williams, Chris Lemonis and some of the best facilities anywhere is just incredible.

Now the fans that pack the Regionals need to start making time next season to get out to JPS as much as possible next regular season. I myself gotta do better than I did this season.

Watched the UofL/UK game at a local watering hole last night with a large, mixed group of folks. Turns out that there were a number of people raised UK fans who decided to become UofL fans on their own. (I am one). But there was no one raised for UofL that turned into a UK fan. Appears to be a one-way street to Card country. Just thought that it was interesting (and mimicked my anectdotal experience over the years).

Great to have everyone on board!

It does seem to be related to sports like baseball and football in which U of L has clearly had the superior program.

And it's not that nobody is on the other side of the street. But traffic is a lot lighter in one direction than the other...
