First game v. Ucla

I hope people do not overreact to this first game. Ucla is highly ranked and they are huge! My hopes are shooting and speed can dictate this game for UofL. If it grinds down to a half-court game I think it may be hard to keep them out of the paint and off the boards.

I simply look forward to seeing if there's lots of effort. Cohesiveness and teamwork.

The players on their team that I am familiar with are the point guard Kiki Rice and 6’7” Lauren Betts. Both of them are really good but we have good guards and good height as well. I won’t be upset or disappointed if we lose but I am hoping for a good game. Lucky for both teams they get to open their season in Paris. This will be a good game to see what we have to work on.
