What's up with these federal judges in the last year ?They think they run the f ing country and are setting a dangerous precedent .

I'm not a Republican or democrat....but man these democrats are shooting themselves in the foot if they every get another president. The conservative judges will be pulling the same crap in the future whenever their party's nominee wants to pass something. Our government is a total joke and I mean..JOKE
Actually the judge is correct, this is a criminal investigation that has not gone to trial yet, any evidence that is to be submitted for this prosecution should only be shared with the defendant's in the case and not the media. Some think it is the defense counsel that is leaking some of this stuff to get the spot light off their clients.
I personally think it's deep pocket Nike trying to sabatoge he probe so it gets thrown out cause everybody knows Nike is the true crooked shoe company that got the cheating down to a tee
Listen fellas I know your program has gotten the shaft because of this whole scandal and I empathize with you all, but you have to look at it from the judges perspective here. Based upon what's been leaked so far most of you and myself included if sitting on a jury would find the defendant guilty, the judges sole purpose in this case is to ensure that the defendant gets a fair trial and that the letter of the law is followed. You may not like, lord knows there's been many cases that I haven't, but everyone deserves their day in court, it's what our country's been built on.
