You can decide for yourself.

“There are spreadsheets detailing who got paid, how much they got paid and how much more they were planning to pay,”
a source told Yahoo Sports. “The feds got everything they wanted and much more. Don’t think it will only be players who ended up signing with ASM (Sports firm) that got paid. Those spreadsheets cast a wide net throughout college basketball. If your school produced a first-round pick in the past three years, be worried.”

Yet another 'source'?? Just love how these sources keep popping up out of thin air.

I'll have to see it actually happen to believe it. If none of the so called blue bloods get caught up in any of this then the entire thing is a farce.

Its so funny reading cats piss. They have a huge thread about this. A couple of weeks ago they were saying how UL would get hammered from this FBI thing. Now that it has been leaked that there are many more schools involved (possibly them) nothing will come of this and the NCAA wont do anything.

I agree with them that nothing happens especially to us because our player never played and the coach was fired but its funny how they are changing their tune.

A lot of them are just baffled that anyone would even think that UK could be involved.....do they not realize who their coach is? Same guy that left 2 schools on probation, thats who their coach is.

Here's the way I look at it....I've been shocked that UK and Cal's name hasn't been linked to this at this point. That seems insanely weird to me considering the subject of the investigation. Having said that, if there's spreadsheets and evidence that seem to be targeting the best players in the classes the last few years it seems highly, highly likely that Cal will be implicated in some way....I mean statistically speaking I don't see how you can investigate recruiting in a sport and not find any dirt on the best recruiter in the sport.

Makes no sense that the FBI would be feeding into these leaks and raising the stakes for themselves only to say "never mind". If someone has a logical way to get there, speak up...

There's no one "linked" directly at this point... Why would the FBI say (as slapd!cks take comfort in) "Kentucky and others"? Only when you live in a solar system that you think revolves around you would that be expected, i.e., it's lunacy.

Your stats remark is spot on however...

I like to believe the RUMOR that Terrance Jones’s phone call.....could’ve been a reminder that money had already changed hands. It was really weird how that all went down.

Sometimes people are too cynical ("won't happen to those guys") or too ready to give up the chase ("move on").

It's a sloooooooooow motion train wreck...wait for it.
