Errors in FBI investigation

Just a technicality that may or may not taint the evidence from a legal perspective. Would have no effect on the NCAA's determination of violations.

My fear is that this could actually extend the FBI investigation out further. The longer the FBI takes, the worse the “pre-sanctions” are for us.

The people with the most fear towards the FBI investigation is the NCAA Brain Crust. When they say follow the money, lol..........

Call me stupid...but believe absolutely nothing comes from the FBI investigation in the end .

Well, there are people who have been arrested and are set to go to trial in 19. If you are talking about UofL, I hope you're right.

Disagree...Reads to me just like the sort of FU that cost the NCAA their case against Miami...And they can't use any information gathered by another agency that was tinted, nor do they have the power of the FBI to force people to talk...Thus any school or person that was charged can use the UNC Tactic and refuse to talk and say FU...PROVE IT!!!

Good luck with that. The NCAA as we know does whatever they want and they won't disregard the evidence just because of someone leaving a space blank on a sheet of paper. We are not going to get the UNC treatment.

Watch...The schools that have been charged with this FBI Sting will ban together and tell the NCAA to FO...There's a growing DISPLEASURE with the IDIOTS in INDY for not being consistent across the board when it comes to how they look the other way and protect their favorite schools and coaches...The P5 schools are ready to bolt the DYSFUNCTIONAL National CORRUPT ASSHOLES Association!!!

I tend to agree, who is going to talk with the NCAA in 2 years? What happens if the whole thing could get thrown out of court? The NCAA has to do its own review and gather its own facts. In Louisville's case who is going to talk? Will the tapes ever be released? Will the names every be released?

The more interesting part of this is how is Louisville and Pitino going to handle this if it all gets thrown out?.

Except we fired our AD and coach so we gave the NCAA everything they need to nail us. Those idiots Postel and Grissom screwed us. Not saying we shouldn’t have fired Rick but should have waited.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except being dragged through the ESPN mud, losing the best AD we ever had, and the perpetual finger pointing by the rest of the country. I get Pitino, the rest is masochism.

We have a lot to worry about because of the clowns running the show. Postel, Tyra and Grissom will probably be the top witnesses for the FBI and the NCAA against Louisville. We need to get the UNC treatment.

The NCAA ruled that UNC did not cheat by having fake classes for athletes because other students were able to take the fake classes as well. What we need to do along with all the other schools is just say we offered prostitutes to all our students.
