I absolutely love football and have had season tickets since college. And played football in college. This huckster awshuckster has sapped my football energy. I cannot believe we hired him originally. I really hoped he’d prove me wrong. I cannot believe we didn’t fire him after last season if we could’ve hired Brohm. Just very disheartened.
Initially didn’t renew my season tickets because of my lack of belief in this staff, but was sucked backed into buying season tickets with the hope of the addition of DC McGriff and OC Taylor. Apparently, those 2 hires were for purely recruiting purposes. And a fool and his money were parted yet again.
If you don’t stop supporting them they will never be fired. I haven’t been to a game in 3 years. I’ve done my part.
You can do what you want with your money but I have too many fond memories and fun interactions with friends and family and old football acquaintances at football games to not go to games. I’ll be damned if I’m gonna let this clown affect those relationships.
Unfortunately you're correct. Sadly, college ball is now nothing more than budget and proft margin.

This was written all over by the looks of the players during the game. Once again, there’s an ugliness within this program it seems.

Imagine the final score of this debacle if the generous refs hadn’t of called 18 penalties on Syracuse for over 100 yards.
Coaching staff that is completely in over their heads - from the top down. There are probably some decent assistants but who would know with such ineptitude leading them.
Not hard to see where the optimism came from. A completely predictable offensive scheme going against an otherwise joke of a defensive scheme every day in practice - and coaches watching it - believing that both are going to be successful because they’re too naive or dumb to know better.

I’ll say it again so you understand better…Imagine how bad we would have been beaten if Syracuse hadn’t been so sloppy. The generous ref comment was in reference to how many penalties they missed on the Cards including a blatant facemask penalty against their star running back right in front of a ref and a later no call on a clear targeting incident.
That’s exactly what I’m feeling. How long before the team quits on this staff….if they haven’t done so already.
Hire Art Briles. He is an offensive genius and a great coach. Of course the WOKE crowd will go crazy but once he starts winning it will all go away. He was a scapegoat at Baylor but remember, the NCAA found him innocent of all charges.
Not sure what being woke has to do with Art Briles. Just because the NCAA cleared him means little.
It doesn’t have anything to do with it but then again, the people using the word the most really have little or no idea what it even means.
Not that for their purposes it matters much…
