Question: We all know the football record and losing to the team up the street is the driving factor of frustration, but where is all the drama coming from? ESPN680?

Deener started the Brohm train this go around. And, it’s well known that they brag about their coverage and rating’s during coaching changes. So where’s the drama coming from? People were calling for transparency before the legal items were ironed out? We didn’t fire Satterfield, and the AD accepted another job. So why the drama?

This is where Louisville Athletics miss Jurich. You can talk about an iron fist all you want, but he would have never let the media run with the BS they have. It’s more embarrassing to me that they can sit back and take shots at what we all love, the Louisville Cardinals. Let’s stick up for our damn team! Go CARDS!

Honestly, the source of the drama is the BOT. Their lack of transparency invites speculation, false narratives, and drama. I never believed the Brohm stuff. It was contrived by fans. There was no real attempt to bring him here this go around.

I guess my question is, they are still having meetings. So, when is the right time to discuss legal matter details? After completion, right? Back to my point, why is this drama being created? Show content?

And trust me, I’m not a fan of the BOT either.

I answered your question. Fan contrived BS.

Actually the Brohm train started with Steve Rummage in early October when he said that he had reliable info that Jeff wanted to return to Louisville. The he went quiet after the Duke and CUSE win. But once we got our asses kicked he went at it strong. He and Maybin were literally lobbying for Brohm on their show. Arguing with anyone that didn’t see it their way. So he was ground zero

Yeah Deiner changed his whole tune when it came right down to it. He said he didn't have any inside information and it was just his opinion after he had already said that he did. When you tell lies its hard to keep track of what you say.

It was all a narrative of the ESPN stations to make it seem like everybody wanted Brohm to build public support, and hey it worked. Problem is, they didn't have any facts and when it didn't happen they ended up looking dumb. Now they are in damage control trying to say it was a done deal until Neeli / Vince F'd it up.

There is reality, and then there is innuendos, rumors and folks like myself that use sites like this to speculate or just express opinions.

The reality is there was never any initiative to replace Scott Satterfield, or any effort to reach out to Jeff Brohm as the replacement. The last and only discussion between VT and Jeff occurred prior to hiring Satterfiel, and Jeff turned this University down.

It should be evident by now that Tyra is leaving UL as a result of what he perceived as a vote of no confidence by Neeli when she exercised her authority by suspending Coach Mack.

She wanted Mack fired, though.

Rummage hopped on board and ran with it, but wasn’t the first. Sorry.
