Sad, Poor NFL players are being exploited by America. How do you expect them to live off of 2-10 Mil a year? The owners, the commissioner are only trying to entertain us. The fans just don't appreciate what they do for us; all the sacrifices they have to make. (In Rome they called it bread and circuses)

You missed the point completely, Terrible play and yes player safety should be the number 1 concern. I'm all for that. I pray that the player will recover. . But as a 3 tour combat vet the disrespect the NFL (Communist agenda) shows Veterans, Police officers, Fans is totally unacceptable so while they continue the SJW narrative, And that's what it is.Excuse me if I think the NFL has bigger problems.

You want to protest, then protest. Just don't protest on my time. Watching a football game on TV is MY time. It's not hard to understand and seeing how the ratings for NFL games continue to plummet, I'm obviously not the only one this bothers.

Rocky you are thinking of Wesley Woodyard, although they play the same way.

I for one don't like seeing anyone not stand for the national anthem but I also am not blind that there is a little more to it than that. I enjoy reading most of your posts but as a very pro military guy, which I am, I have trouble labeling people for their beliefs in a country that is currently being run by a purposely divisive person who dodged Vietnam because of some sissy bone spurs in is little feet but yet loves to tell you who is patriotic or not. All the while making fun of men that served honorably.
Time for this nation to put the stupid politics aside and get back to being human beings that can discern every situation individually on it's on merit.
