Per his Twitter, he has notified UL coaches that has decommitted and opened up his recruitment. Major bummer- hope there's some way to get him back.

He looks like he will be a good one with that said skilled players are easier to replace in a class.

This is the challenge Louisville will always face in recruiting and I am not sure they will ever be able to land to consistenly land 20 type of classes. That will make it very hard to consistently compete with FSU and Clemson. Before people start saying recruiting rankings don't matter look at the difference between Clemson and FSU classes and the rest of the league. The gap is significant. I only say FSU and Clemson because they are in Louisville's division. It doesn't matter how they compare to UK or anyone else.

The staff is going to have to build this program through red shirting and player development.

I hate losing him but we need linemen, we have a plethora of young talented receivers already.

This just reinforces why it is really a waste of time to follow recruiting or get emotionally invested in anyone...until they sign in February. One can get a sense or vibe or how things are going overall recruiting wise but all of these commits really mean nothing.
