I don't see where Louisville ever even offered him but he was a long-time Cincinnati commit before a signing day flip to Baylor. He is from Frederick Douglass in Lexington, and Baylor coach Matt Rhule just exited stage left to take the Carolina Panthers head job. Louisville is still seeking a corner in this class, is Neal an option to ask out of his LOI and extend his recruitment long enough for UofL to get involved?
